Matt is a great trainer--I have used him for the last year. He knows a wide range of fitness approaches and can tailor a program to your individual needs. He also knows nutrition and much of the physiology behind various workout regimens. He is a great guy and people really like him. I have lost 8 pounds in the last year and reduced body fat by half.
